Update

We have verified that the Channable application, order synchronization and repricer operations are working normally again. We have restarted background processing for imports and export feeds and APIs, and are monitoring the processing of the jobs that were scheduled during the maintenance event.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on a core Channable system on Sunday the 29th of March.
While this maintenance is ongoing we will have to pause parts of the Channable functionality:

- The Channable app (app.channable.com) will be unavailable.
- No new scheduled feed or API update jobs will be started. Update jobs already in progress will continue as usual, but might fail with an unknown error. Any jobs that fail will be reattempted automatically after the maintenance has completed.
- Order synchronization will be paused. Any orders or returns that are created while the maintenance is ongoing will be communicated after the maintenance has completed.
Realtime stock updates that occur during the maintenance event will be lost.
- Repricer operations will be paused while the maintenance is ongoing.

Hosted feeds will remain available while this maintenance is ongoing.
