Bol mentioned that the issue has been resolved. They also mentioned to carefully check all open orders on all pages on the orders portal of bol. Orders placed yesterday potentially landed on later pages.

Furthermore our system continue to function normally.

Monitoring
Bol reported working on a fix for the problem since they determined the cause. All new orders should be working again as usual. There will be a batch of orders which are still reported to be stuck, this is about all orders between last night 19:00 and today 12:00.

We will continue to monitor anything that bol reports about this.

We have noticed that orders from Bol.com are not being processed for some sellers. Bol has acknowledged that there is an issue retrieving orders through their API and they are working on identifying the issue.

Orders can still be manually handled in the seller account directly.
