Update

We have confirmed all Google Ads services are operational again. Any failed Google (Shopping) Ads connections have been re-ran and pending updates are currently being, or have already been, synchronized with your Google account.

Monitoring

Currently the error rates are dropping. It seems we can reach the Google Ads services again. We are rerunning all failed Google Ads and Google Shopping Ads generators and we will monitor if the issue has indeed been resolved.

Investigating

Since 9:50 (CEST) this morning, we are seeing increased error rates indicating that we cannot interact with the Google Ads API. As a result of this we current cannot synchronize with your Google Ads account. This means that we cannot create, update, activate or pause any of your campaigns, ad groups, product groups, ads and other Google (Shopping) Ads objects. Already existing objects are not affected, however we cannot update these existing objects as of now. We are looking into the cause of this issue.
